9 May 2015, "I am speaking to you from my private quarters [residence]. This prior evening [May 8] our ambassador within TMS [The Avengers] handed the Avengers High Command a final note stating that on this we discerned from them at: 9:30pm [CST] that lest they were prepared at once to withdraw their armed forces from the Death Tower, a state of war would exist between us. I have to tell you now. That no specified undertaking has been received by the time stipulated, and as a result this clan is now at war with The Avengers. The lot of you have already been made aware of our plans. As I have repeatedly articulated, we are ready.
There is only one thing left for us to do, to devote what strength and power we have forward to the cause of victory for which we'll be obliged to sacrifice so much. Trust you'll live to see the day when The Avengers are destroyed, and a liberated Clan World has been re-established."
Should anything occur to me in the struggle then my first successor is Comrade and Workmate Cori; should anything happen to Workmate Cori my next successor is Comrade Kiseki Kaori. You would then be under moral imperative to give them as superintendent the same blind loyalty and obedience as to myself. Should anything happen to Comrade Kiseki, then by stature a congregation will be called, and will elect from its midst the most worthy - that is to say the most audacious - successor.
If, notwithstanding, anyone thinks that we are facing a difficult time, I should ask him/her to remember that once a lionheart Clan World General [2011], with a ridiculously small State, opposed a stronger coalition, and in four wars finally emerged triumphant because the State had that stout heart that we require in these times.
I would therefore, like to affirm the Clan World that a April 2013 will never be repeated in the Imperium history. Just as I am prepared at any time to stake my life - anyone can take it for my brethren and for the Imperium - so I solicit the same of all others.
Whoever, howbeit, thinks he can oppose this National exhortation, whether directly or indirectly, shall fall. We have nothing to do with traitors. We are all unswerving to our old principle. It is quite insubstantial whether we ourselves live; but it is crucial that our folk shall live, that the Imperium shall thrive. The immolation that is required of us is not greater than the immolation that many generations have accumulated.
If we form a community closely knit together by vows, ready for anything, resolved to never yield, then our tenacity will master every hardship and difficulty. And I would like to close with the proclamation that I once made when I began the struggle for power in the Realm. I then professed, "It takes one celestial body to pierce a universe of darkness."
