    An Administrative Province of The Imperium is one of the 11 constitutent political entities that shares its sovereignty with The Imperium organisation. The Imperium's legislative branch [Phalanx Exodus] may admit new provinces on an equal footing with existing ones: this last happened with the Death Tower in May 08 2015.
